Mr. Faerber began his mediation apprenticeship and career with Mediation, Inc. and continued with that group for 6 years.  The members of Mediation, Inc. conducted well over 150,000 mediation conferences on cases pending in the trial courts and appellate courts of Florida during its 27 years of operation. 

In late 2013, Mr. Faerber, along with 20 other seasoned mediators, moved his mediation practice to Mediation Firm, Inc.  He has personally led more than 500 mediation conferences during his 6.5 years as a trial court mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court. 


Managing Partner, Fenster and Faerber, P.A., 1981-2008. Plaintiffs personal injury law firm specializing in representing victims of medical malpractice, automobile accidents and other catastrophic injuries including nursing home and elder abuse cases. The firm also handled insurance coverage issues arising out of all forms of general and professional insurance.

Associate/Partner, Brinkley & McNerney, 1975-1981. Litigation associate and partner in a commercial and business law firm where my principal work was representing banks, corporations and joint ventures in a variety of commercial litigation matters which included contract litigation, foreclosures, construction litigation and related matters. Also represented plaintiffs in automobile accident cases and general negligence matters.

Associate, Law Offices of James F. Johnson, 1974-1975. Associate in charge of all litigation matters in a small law firm representing parties in automobile accident cases, medical negligence cases and contractors in construction litigation matters.
