MEDIATION / NEGOTIATION
Mr. Ciravalo began his mediation apprenticeship and career with Mediation, Inc. and continued with that group for 24 years. The members of Mediation, Inc. conducted well over 150,000 mediation conferences on cases pending in the trial courts and appellate courts of Florida during its 27 years of operation.
In late 2013, Mr. Ciravalo , along with 20 other seasoned mediators, moved his mediation practice to Mediation Firm, Inc. He has personally led more than 5,500 mediation conferences during his 24 years as a trial court mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court.
Certified Arbitrator - The Florida Dispute Resolution Center course approved by the Florida Supreme Court.
Family Mediator - Florida Atlantic University, Completed course approved by the Florida Supreme Court.
Approved Mediator for State of Florida Department of Insurance - American Arbitration Association (Automobile Claims) course approved by the State of Florida Department of Insurance.
Certified Circuit and County Court Mediator - American Arbitration Association course approved by the Florida Supreme Court.
AREAS OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
Circuit Court Mediator with Mediation, Inc. - a group of more than thirty former judges and experienced trial attorneys. This group has mediated in excess of 80,000 cases. Mr. Ciravolo has conducted over 1000 mediation conferences dealing with all areas of the law.
